Pastry Chef Amanda & Pastry Chef Michael Joyner met in culinary school at the Texas Culinary Academy here in Austin. Both having a love of junk food they sat down and examined our favorite treats and realized...wow there really bad for you. The proof was in an episode of Anthony Bourdain where he went to a old twinkie factory where the filling was left untouched by rat, fly, & man. Which fueled the creation of their company Retro Bizzaro.
